Dr. Niki Shuhada Shukor is the Managing Partner and Chief Master Trainer of Life Success Resources, an empowerment motivator and mentor to many, having appeared in television, radio, magazines and newspapers for her inspiring success story and the stories of achievements by her mentees.
With more than 20 years of experience, she has a reputation for her passion for training and development. She has trained people from many backgrounds. She is involved in corporate and professional training and development courses. She has helped institutions such as banks and insurance companies, marketing organizations and private individuals find clarity in planning their goals and achieving success.
She has been described as an outstanding trainer and a source of motivation by many. She heads her training company as well as leading more than 5,000 consultants from a leading financial institution, which succeeded in bringing in investments more than RM1 billion assets under management to date
She has won more than 190 awards for sales and leadership, the highest for sales being the Premier Club President, an award for the highest personal sales in a year, Top GAM for the highest total group sales, Brand Ambassador and the highest for leadership being the Master Builder Award, an award for all-round excellence in group development.
She hosted a weekly radio program for 3 years, Bijak Wang Bersama Dr Niki at Bernama Radio 93.9FM. She has also published an autobiography entitled “Aspirations, Ambition and Achievement”. Dr Niki is available for Sales and Leadership Training seminars, financial planning consultations in her role as a Registered Syariah Financial Planner, as well as one-on-one private mentoring engagements, in line with her accreditation as Chief Master Trainer and her passion to develop the potential of our nation to be world-class.
